This is our Budget pick in Salalah. It suits travellers who want a tidy room in a central spot and plan to eat out at nearby cafes. Families can consider it, since family rooms are listed.
Listed facilities are free parking, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, family rooms and a terrace.
Skip it if you want to walk to the beach or the main historic sites. Beach appears in the provider data, but that does not confirm a beachfront location or any walking distance. Skip it too if you rely on a large number of reviews; 95 is a modest sample.

Price and how it compares with our other picks
The reference price was €29.37 a night, about €59 for two nights. It is a reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults, not a live quote. Check today's price for your dates.
The sample median was €41.01 a night, so this property came in about 28% below. Our Best Value pick, Salalah International Hotel, scores 8.9 and was €55.30 a night. Our Luxury pick, المزار للشقق الفندقية 1 - Al Mazar Hotel Apartments, scores 9.2 and was €41.01 a night.
Note the oddity: in the reference dates the Luxury pick was cheaper than the Best Value pick, and only about €12 a night more than this one. Compare all three for your dates. Breakfast is not confirmed in our data, so check your rate.

Before you book
Ask whether breakfast is offered. Check cancellation terms, which have not been assessed. If the beach matters, confirm exactly how far it is, since our data does not confirm it. Room size, noise and renovation condition have not been assessed. A central market area can be busy, so ask for a quieter room if you sleep lightly.
