Who is responsible

Equinox Investment Group LLC, Wyoming, United States (“Top3Hotels”, “we”). Contact: carlos@equinoxinvestmentgroup.com.

What we collect

• No account, no sign-up. You can use Top3Hotels without giving us any personal data.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider processes IP address, browser and requested pages to deliver and secure the site (server logs, kept for a short period).
• Price alerts (optional). If you ask for a price alert we store your email address, city, category and price limit with our email provider (Resend) only to send that alert. Unsubscribe at any time.
• Saved hotels. Hotels you save are stored only in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers.

Links to booking sites and affiliate partners

When you click a booking link (for example Booking.com, Expedia or Agoda) you leave our site; that site's privacy policy applies. Our affiliate partner Travelpayouts may process technical data to attribute bookings to us.

Maps, images and fonts

Maps are loaded from OpenFreeMap (OpenStreetMap data). Hotel photos are served by Booking.com's image servers. City photos are served from our own domain. Fonts are self-hosted.

Legal basis and your rights

We process data on the basis of legitimate interest (running a secure website) or your consent (price alerts). Under the GDPR and similar laws you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing: carlos@equinoxinvestmentgroup.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
