What Top3Hotels is

Top3Hotels is an independent information service operated by Equinox Investment Group LLC, Wyoming, United States (“Top3Hotels”, “we”). Contact: carlos@equinoxinvestmentgroup.com. We are not a travel agency and do not sell or book hotel rooms.

Prices and information

Prices are reference rates for a stated stay and date of checking. They are not offers. Availability, prices, taxes and conditions are set by the booking site and the hotel and can change at any time. Always check the final details before you book.

Bookings

Any booking is a contract between you and the booking site or hotel, under their terms. We are not a party to it.

Some links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects our selection.

Intellectual property

Texts, selections, design and logo belong to Equinox Investment Group LLC. Hotel photos belong to their owners and Booking.com; city photos come from Wikimedia Commons under their licences, credited on each page. Selected hotels may use the Top 3 badge as provided.

Liability

We take care to keep information accurate, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the information on this site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
