A-ROSA Strandidyll Heringsdorf is worth booking if you want a quiet base right on the beach promenade with a spa and pool, and you accept that parking and dining add to the bill. Budget-minded travellers who plan to eat out and arrive by car may find the extras hard to swallow.

This is our Best Value pick in Heringsdorf. It is a 4-star hotel with a guest score of 9.0 out of 10 from 830 reviews, the joint highest score among the 7 properties we compared. Couples and anyone after a calm seaside break with a spa, a pool and a restaurant on site should look closely.
Watch the extras. The one recurring complaint in our data is value for money: guests feel the charges for parking and dining are high compared with the quality of the facilities. If you drive and plan to eat every meal in, budget for that.
Location and getting around
The address is Delbrückstr. 10. Guests rate the location 9.8 out of 10 and describe a quiet position directly on the beach promenade with easy access to the town centre.
The nearby points in our data are not close. Stawa Młyny is about 7.7 km away, around 96 minutes on foot as a straight-line estimate. Usedom Island Nature Park is about 8 km, roughly 100 minutes, and Świnoujście Lighthouse about 8.6 km, roughly 108 minutes. For any of these you will need public transport, a taxi or your own car.
Most guests will spend their time on the promenade and in town, which is where this hotel does well.
What guests say
Staff come out well. Guests describe a friendly, helpful and professional team and a warm welcome on arrival.
Location is the other theme, with the quiet promenade setting mentioned often.
On the negative side, guests feel the parking and dining charges are high for what they get. Breakfast is listed as buffet with gluten-free options. Whether it is included in your rate is not confirmed.
Price compared with our other two picks
Our reference price was €159.30 per night, about €319 for two nights. These are reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults, not live quotes. Check today's price for your dates.
That is almost exactly the sample median of €158.00. SEETELHOTEL Ostseeresidenz Heringsdorf, our Budget pick, came in at €92.25 a night with a score of 8.6 and 4 stars. Steigenberger Grandhotel & Spa Heringsdorf, our Luxury pick, was €162 with an 8.6 and 5 stars.
Here is the honest catch: in our reference check the 5-star option cost only €2.70 more per night. The A-ROSA earns its place with a higher guest score, 9.0 against 8.6, but compare both for your dates before you decide. If price matters most, the Budget pick saves about €67 a night.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 7 eligible properties in Heringsdorf. The Best Value slot balances guest score, number of reviews and price, and is not necessarily the cheapest hotel. With 830 reviews, joint first place on score and a 9.8 for location, A-ROSA came out on top of that balance.
