Location and getting around
Guests rate the location 9.0 out of 10. Reviews describe a convenient spot along the main road, right next to shopping malls, which makes meals and errands easy.
Our data does not include walking times to sights in Newcastle, so distances to attractions are not confirmed. Check a map for the places you plan to visit, and assume a car or taxi may be needed for anything beyond the immediate area.
What guests say
Staff are the most praised part of a stay: friendly, helpful and welcoming, with quick service. The location next to the malls also gets good marks.
The recurring complaint is soundproofing. Some rooms are quiet, but others pick up noise from corridors and adjacent areas. Room size and room condition have not been assessed in our data.
