This 4-star apart-hotel is our Budget pick in Sarandë. It suits couples and families who want a quiet base with a balcony and free parking, and who are happy to walk into town. Family rooms, air conditioning and a terrace are listed.
Skip it if you dislike tricky driving. Guests say the on-site parking is reached by a steep, narrow road. Also skip it if breakfast matters, as none is listed in our data.
Location and getting around
The address is Rruga Butrinti, and the location score is 8.2. Lëkurësi Castle is about 0.6 km away, roughly 8 minutes on foot as a straight-line estimate. On a hillside route the real walk may feel longer.
Guests describe a quiet setting within walking distance of the city centre, the promenade and the beaches. We have no data on other sights, so check the map for anything further out.
What guests say
The score is 8.7 out of 10 from 949 reviews. The views get the most attention: guests mention panoramic outlooks over the sea, the city and the sunset from private balconies. The calm setting, close enough to walk to the centre, is the other recurring plus.
The main complaint is the drive in. Parking is on site, but access requires going up a steep, narrow road. Among the 8 hotels we compared, Lili2 sat joint 6th on review score, so this is a well-rated cheap option rather than a ratings leader.
Price and our other two Sarandë picks
The reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026, for 2 adults, was €32.40 per night. That was 52% below the sample median of €67.50. It is not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
Here is the honest comparison. Our Best Value pick, Hotel Lili-1, scored 9.3 at €40.50 a night, just €8.10 more. If those euros do not matter to you, it is worth a look. Our Luxury pick, San Angelo Luxury Resort & Spa - Adults Only, is a 5-star at €107 with a score of 8.1. Lili2 stays the cheapest of the three and keeps the balcony views guests praise.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 8 eligible hotels in Sarandë. Apart-Hotel Lili2 had the lowest eligible reference price once the upscale slot was reserved, backed by nearly 950 reviews and an 8.7 score. That is a strong rating for the cheapest pick in a city.
Before you book
Room size, noise, renovation condition, breakfast and cancellation terms have not been assessed. Ask which rooms have a sea-view balcony, since views are a guest report rather than a listed feature. If you drive, be ready for the steep access road. Plan meals out, as no breakfast is listed.
