Yes, it is worth booking if you want a clean, recently built and well-rated place in Ta'if at a price well under the city median, especially if you travel by car. Confirm the exact location with the property before you go, since guests report map pin errors and roadworks nearby.

Who it suits and who should skip it

This is our Best Value pick in Ta'if. It suits drivers, families and travellers on a moderate budget who care most about a clean, well-kept room. Free parking and family rooms are listed by the property.

Skip it if you want to walk to sights from your door. Our data has no confirmed nearby attractions with distances, so we cannot say what is within walking range. Travellers who need a gym, pool or restaurant on site should also note that none of these are listed.

Location and getting around

The address in our data is 26561 8138, and the property name refers to Airport Road. The location score is 8.8.

We have no verified distances to sights for this hotel. Plan on using a car or taxi to get around, and check a map for what is close by before booking.

Guests describe the setting as convenient, but two practical issues come up. Roadworks nearby have caused problems for some, and others found that the map pin was wrong. Ask the property for exact directions or a confirmed map location before you set off.

What guests say

The score is 8.8 out of 10 from 647 reviews. That placed it joint fourth on score among the 6 properties we compared in Ta'if.

Cleanliness is the clearest strength. Guests describe the property as new, tidy and well maintained throughout.

The complaints are about getting there rather than the stay itself: roadworks nearby and map pin errors. Our data does not include guest comments on staff, rooms or breakfast.

Price and what you get, compared with our other two picks

The reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 (10 to 12 Nov, 2 adults, one room) was €58.18 per night, about €116 for both nights. That was 29% below the sample median of €81.88. These are not live quotes. Check today's price for your dates.

Our Budget pick, الفصول الأربعة للأجنحة الفندقية - four seasons suites, cost €41.78 with a score of 8.1. Our Luxury pick, Awaliv Hotel, scored 9.0 at €106.31. Armada Residence sits between them: about €16 more than the budget option for a clearly higher score, and nearly half the price of the Luxury pick.

Listed facilities are free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a 24-hour front desk, free parking and family rooms. A buffet breakfast is listed. Whether breakfast is in your rate is not confirmed. The property is listed as hotel apartments, but kitchen facilities are not confirmed in our data, so check the room description if you plan to cook.

Why it made our top 3

We compared 6 eligible properties in Ta'if. This one balanced a strong score, a good number of reviews and a price well below the median. It is not the cheapest. It is the option where score and price line up best.

Before you book
