B&B HOTEL Piacenza
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Yes, book it if you want a clean, well run 3-star room within walking distance of Piacenza's main sights for about €90 a night. It also outscored our two pricier picks, so the main reason to skip it is wanting more than the basics.

This is our Budget pick in Piacenza, and it is an easy recommendation. It suits couples, solo travellers and short city breaks where the room is mainly for sleeping. Guests talk about spotless rooms and a friendly, efficient team.
Skip it if you want a hotel with more on site. The listed facilities are short: free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a 24-hour front desk. No restaurant, gym or spa appears in our data. If those matter, the Luxury pick is worth a look, though it costs more and scores lower.
Location and getting around
The address is Via Alessandro Bolzoni, 1. Guests give the location 8.4 out of 10.
All walking times here are straight-line estimates. Piacenza Cathedral is 0.9 km, about 11 minutes. Palazzo Farnese, Piacenza and Palazzo Comunale, Piacenza are both 1.3 km, about 16 minutes each. That puts the main sights within an easy walk. Parking is not listed in our data, so if you are driving, check where you can leave the car and what it costs.
What guests say
The score is 8.7 out of 10 from 862 reviews. That ranks joint 1st of 5 eligible properties on review score in the sample we checked, which is unusual for the cheapest option.
Praise centres on two points. Staff are described as friendly, helpful and efficient, with a warm welcome. Rooms and the rest of the property are described as spotless and well maintained. No recurring complaint appears in our data. That does not mean there are none, so read a few recent reviews for anything that matters to you, such as noise or room size.
Price and how it compares with our other Piacenza picks
The reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 (10 to 12 November, 2 adults, one room) was €90.32 per night, 28% below the sample median of €124.84. It is a reference price, not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
Stadio Hotel, our Best Value pick, was €124.84 per night with an 8.4 score and 3 stars. Grande Albergo Roma, our Luxury pick, was €139.09 per night with an 8.5 score and 4 stars. Both cost more and both score lower than the B&B HOTEL. You would pay extra mainly for a fourth star at Grande Albergo Roma, not for better guest feedback.
A buffet breakfast is listed. Whether it is included in your rate is not confirmed, so check the rate details.
