This is a 4-star hotel with an official rating. It holds our Luxury slot because no 5-star hotel was in the Pordenone sample, so think of it as the upscale option in town rather than a grand hotel.
It suits rail travellers, business visitors and couples who want to walk to restaurants and the pedestrian zone. Family rooms, a terrace, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are listed.
Breakfast covers continental, Italian, vegan and gluten-free options, plus breakfast to go, which helps travellers with dietary needs. Skip it if you want spa facilities or a pool, as none are listed in our data.
Location and getting around
The address is Via Mazzini 43. Guests give the location 9.6 out of 10 and say the hotel is steps from the train station and the town centre, near the pedestrian zone and restaurants.
Our data has no list of specific sights with measured distances, and the property has not verified walking times. Check your own plans on a map. For a town-centre visit, guests' comments suggest you can manage on foot.
Parking is not in our data. If you are driving, ask the hotel about options and costs.
What guests say
The score is 8.9 out of 10 from 539 reviews. That was first of the 3 eligible hotels in the sample.
The location gets the most praise, thanks to the station and centre being close. Staff are described as friendly, helpful and professional, with a warm welcome.
The weak spot is breakfast service. The choice is varied and includes vegan items, but guests say the ordering system and the speed of service cause delays. If you have an early train, allow extra time or ask about breakfast to go.
Price and what you get compared with our other picks
Reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults put this hotel at €158 a night, exactly the sample median. These are not live quotes. Check today's price for your dates.
Hotel Santin, our Budget pick, scored 8.2 with 3 stars at €109 a night. Palace Hotel Moderno, our Best Value pick, scored 8.7 with 4 stars at €180.50.
That makes this an odd case. On our reference dates, the Luxury pick was about €22 a night cheaper than the Best Value pick and had the higher score. Prices shift by date, so compare both for your stay. Against Hotel Santin, you pay about €49 more per night for an extra star and a higher score.
Why it made our top 3
We compared only 3 hotels in Pordenone, so this is a small field. For the Luxury slot, 5-star hotels get priority, and a 4-star fallback must score at least 8.5.
With 8.9 from over 500 reviews, this hotel cleared that bar comfortably and had the best score of the three.
Before you book
Room size, noise, renovation condition, breakfast inclusion and cancellation terms have not been assessed. Check whether breakfast is in your rate.
Being close to the station is handy, but ask for a quiet room if you are a light sleeper, since noise has not been assessed. Confirm parking if you drive, and compare today's price with Palace Hotel Moderno for the same dates.
