This is our Budget pick in Alcobendas, and it suits travellers who want a four-star room for well under €100 a night. People with business in Alcobendas, or anyone who plans to drive or ride into Madrid each day, will get the most out of it.
The property lists a gym, a swimming pool, a garden and a terrace. That is a lot of listed facilities for the price, though opening times and any fees are not confirmed.
Skip it if cleanliness is your top concern. Some guests report dust, hair and a lack of daily housekeeping. Skip it too if you picture strolling to Madrid's parks and monuments, because they are a long way off.
Location and getting around
The address is Av. de la Industria, 7, in Alcobendas. Its location score is 8.1, which is decent but lower than many central city hotels earn.
The sights listed near the hotel are all far. Gate of Europe is about 8.5 km away, roughly 106 minutes on foot. Juan Carlos I Park is about 8.9 km away and El Capricho Park about 9.5 km. None of these is a realistic walk, so plan on public transport or a taxi.
Walking times are straight-line estimates and have not been verified. If you rely on public transport, check the nearest stop and journey times for your route before you book.
What guests say
The team gets the clearest praise. Guests describe friendly, professional staff who give a warm welcome and helpful service.
Cleanliness is the main complaint. Rooms are described as generally tidy, but some guests mention dust, hair and no daily housekeeping. If that matters, ask how often rooms are serviced during your stay.
The score of 8.6 out of 10 comes from 434 guest reviews. That is a smaller review base than some hotels in the sample, so the score could move more with new feedback.
Price compared with our other Alcobendas picks
The reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026, for 2 adults in one room, was €93.60 per night. That is around €187 for both nights. It is not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
Our Best Value pick, UVE Alcobendas, was €184 a night with a score of 9.0 and 3 stars. Our Luxury pick, Eurostars Madrid Congress, was €229.05 with a score of 8.9 and 4 stars.
So this hotel costs roughly half of what the Best Value pick costs. You give up some guest score, 8.6 against 9.0 and 8.9, and you accept the cleanliness reports. In return you get four stars plus a listed pool and gym for under €100.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 8 eligible hotels in Alcobendas. Its score placed it joint 6th of 8, so it is not here for the rating.
It earned the Budget slot because it had the lowest eligible reference price once the upscale choice was set aside. At €93.60 against a sample median of €186.50, it was about 50% below the median.

If the pool is a reason to book, ask whether it is open in November and whether there is a charge. Do the same for the gym.
