By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.

Casa Delmonte is worth booking if you want the best-rated stay we found in Palma at a price below the city median. It suits couples who value guest feedback over facilities, but breakfast and services are not confirmed, so check them before paying.

Who it suits and who should skip it

This is our Best Value pick in Palma. It is a small turismo de interior property with no star rating, so it suits couples and travellers who want a highly rated, central place to sleep rather than a full-service hotel.

If you need a restaurant, gym or confirmed breakfast, look at Can Alomar Hotel instead. The only facilities listed here are free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a terrace, and breakfast is not confirmed in our data.

Location and getting around

The address is Carrer de les Tereses 6, 07003 Palma de Mallorca. Palma Cathedral and the Royal Palace of La Almudaina are both 0.7 km away, about 9 minutes on foot. The location score is a perfect 10.

Bellver Castle is 2.9 km away, about 36 minutes on foot by straight-line estimate. That is far, so plan on public transport or a taxi for that trip. All walking times are estimates and real routes can take longer.

What guests say

Casa Delmonte scores 9.9 out of 10 from 486 reviews, first of 40 eligible properties in the provider sample. That is an exceptional score, and with nearly 500 reviews it is not a fluke from a handful of stays.

Our data does not include a summary of specific likes or dislikes for this property, so we cannot tell you which points guests praise most or what they complain about. Read a selection of recent reviews before booking, paying attention to room size, noise and how check-in works.

Price and how it compares with our other picks

The reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 (10 to 12 Nov, 2 adults, one room) was €225 a night, about €450 in total. The sample median was €237.52, so it sits slightly below the typical Palma rate. These are reference prices, not live quotes; check today's price for your dates.

Antiguo Brondo, our Budget pick, was €110.86 a night with an 8.7 score and self check-in. Can Alomar Hotel, our Luxury pick, was €343.30 a night with a 9.6 score, 5 stars, a restaurant and a gym. Casa Delmonte costs about twice the Budget pick but has the highest score of the three.

Why it made our top 3

We compared 40 properties in Palma. Casa Delmonte had the strongest review-confidence score at or near the median price. Topping the whole sample on guest score while staying under the median is exactly what the Best Value slot is meant to reward.

Before you book

Ask whether breakfast is offered and whether it is included. Confirm check-in hours and how keys are handed over. Room size, noise, renovation condition and cancellation terms have not been assessed, so check the room listing and the policy. Since we have no guest summary, recent reviews are your best guide.
