City Express by Marriott Comitán
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
It is worth booking if you want a chain hotel with free parking, a gym and a buffet breakfast listed, and you value a familiar standard. If price is your main concern, look hard at our Luxury pick first: it had the same 9.1 score and cost less at the reference dates.

City Express by Marriott Comitán is our Best Value pick in Comitán. It suits drivers, since free parking is listed, and families, since family rooms are listed too. Business travellers who want a gym and a predictable chain format may also like it.
Here is the honest catch. In this small sample, the hotel we call Best Value was the most expensive of our three picks. Our Luxury pick, La Alborada, matched its 9.1 score at a lower reference price. If you do not need what this hotel offers in particular, compare the two before booking.
Location and getting around
The address is Blvd. De las Federaciones Km. 1260 No. 4023, Barrio de Chichimá Acapetahua. Guests rate the location 9.1 out of 10.
Our data has no verified distances to sights or to the town centre. The boulevard address suggests you should check on a map how far the places you want to see are. If they turn out to be beyond a 30-minute walk, plan on a taxi or your own car. Free parking makes driving easy.
What guests say
The score is 9.1 out of 10 from 120 reviews, joint second of 4 eligible properties on review score. That is a strong result with a reasonable number of reviews.
Our data does not include summarised comments, positive or negative. We cannot report on room size, noise or cleanliness. Read recent reviews on the booking page to fill that gap.
Price and what you get, compared with our other Comitán picks
The reference price was €74.65 per night, about €149 for two nights. That is a reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 (10 to 12 November) for 2 adults, not a live quote. It was above the sample median of €58.81. Check today's price for your dates.
Listed facilities include a gym, free parking, family rooms, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Breakfast is listed as buffet. Inclusion in your rate is not confirmed.
San Sebastian, our Budget pick, was €30.36 per night with a score of 8.3 and 4 stars. La Alborada, our Luxury pick, was €42.97 with 9.1 and 5 stars. So you pay roughly €32 a night more here than at La Alborada for the same guest score. What you get for that is a known chain and the facilities listed above.
Why it made our top 3
We compared only 4 hotels in Comitán, so the choice was narrow. Our Best Value slot balances guest score, number of reviews and price, and it is not necessarily the cheapest hotel. This one combined a 9.1 score with 120 reviews, which earned the slot even though its price was the highest of our three.
Before you book
Room size, noise, renovation condition, breakfast inclusion and cancellation terms have not been assessed. Read the cancellation policy and check whether breakfast is included in your rate.
Compare today's prices for all three picks. With a gap this large at the reference dates, a quick check could save you money.
