Daniya Denia Spa & Business 4*
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Worth booking if you want 4-star facilities and a strong buffet at the lowest price among our Dénia picks. Skip it if you hate paying extra for things like the spa, or if guest score matters more to you than facilities.

This is our Budget pick in Dénia, and an unusual one: a 4-star hotel with a spa, gym, pool, restaurant, garden, terrace and family rooms listed. It suits couples and families who want plenty to do on site without paying luxury prices, and anyone who cares about a good breakfast.
It is a weaker choice if you judge a hotel mainly by its guest score. At 8.0 out of 10, it ranked last of the 9 hotels we compared. And some guests say the extra costs for facilities feel expensive, so the low room rate may not be the full bill.
Location and getting around
The address is Sardina, 11, in Dénia. The location score is 8.1 out of 10, the lowest of our three Dénia picks. We do not have verified walking times to the old town, the castle, the port or the beaches from this hotel, so distances are not confirmed. Check a map before you book to see how far you will be from the places you plan to visit.
Parking is not in the listed facilities. If you are driving, ask the hotel about parking and any fee.
What guests say
The score is 8.0 out of 10 from 1,797 reviews. The buffet gets the most praise: guests describe a varied, extensive spread with fresh options, including gluten-free choices. Staff are described as friendly, helpful and efficient, with a warm welcome.
The main complaint is value. Some guests find the rates reasonable, but others say extra charges for facilities are expensive. Before you book, find out which facilities cost extra so the total does not surprise you.
Price and how it compares
The reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults was €66.24 per night, about €132 in total. That was 30% below the sample median of €95.00 per night. These are reference prices, not live quotes, so check today's price for your dates.
Hotel Nou Romà, our Best Value pick, was €90 per night with a 9.2 score and 3 stars. Denia Marriott La Sella Golf Resort & Spa, our Luxury pick, was €139 per night with a 9.0 score and 5 stars. Daniya is the cheapest of the three and has more listed facilities than Nou Romà. What you give up is guest score: both others are rated more than a point higher.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 9 eligible hotels in Dénia. Daniya had the lowest eligible reference price once the upscale choice was set aside. For that price it offers a 4-star rating, a spa, a gym and a pool, plus a large review base of nearly 1,800 guests. Its score is the lowest in the sample, which is the trade-off for the price.
