Deluxe Beach Residence
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Deluxe Beach Residence is worth booking if you want a beach base in Atakum at a low price, backed by the best guest score in our Samsun sample. If you plan to spend your days at the city's museums and mosques, it is far out, so factor in taxis or public transport.

This is our Budget pick for Samsun, and unusually it also had the top guest score of the seven hotels we compared. It suits couples and families who want to stay by the sea rather than in the city centre. Beachfront, family rooms, free parking, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a 24-hour front desk are listed by the property.
Skip it if you want to walk to the main sights. The Great Mosque and the Samsun Gazi Museum are around 9 km away. Also skip it if you need firm details before you pay: breakfast is not confirmed and we have no summary of guest likes or dislikes.
Location and getting around
The address is guzelyalı mahallesi 3012 sokak atakum samsun. Guests rate the location 9.2.
Straight-line estimates to the city sights are long. The Great Mosque (Samsun) is about 8.8 km, roughly 110 minutes on foot. Samsun Gazi Museum is about 9.1 km, around 114 minutes. Site Mosque is about 9.3 km, close to 116 minutes. All of these are far, so you will need a taxi or public transport.
Free parking is listed, which makes a car a practical option here.
What guests say
The score is 8.9 out of 10 from 156 reviews, first among the seven hotels in our Samsun sample.
We do not have a breakdown of what guests praise or criticise here. The high overall score and the 9.2 location score are the clearest signals. Room size, noise, cleanliness and condition are not confirmed, so read the latest reviews and look at recent guest photos before booking.
Price and how it compares with our other picks
The reference price was €56.20 a night, seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults, about €112 in total. That is 34% below the sample median of €85.45. It is not a live quote; check today's price for your dates.
Pereira Samsun, our Best Value pick, was €70.79 a night with 3 stars and a score of 8.5. Sheraton Grand Samsun Hotel, our Luxury pick, was €152.91 a night with 5 stars and 8.7.
Here the cheapest pick also has the highest score. The tradeoff is distance from the city sights and less confirmed detail on rooms and breakfast.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 7 eligible hotels in Samsun. Deluxe Beach Residence had the lowest eligible reference price once the upscale choice was reserved, and its 8.9 score from 156 reviews was the best in the sample.
