You pay about €99 more per night than Home2 Suites, mainly for the downtown riverfront position and four-star rating.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 10 eligible properties in Wilmington, North Carolina. This one tied for second place on review score in that sample.
For our Luxury slot, five-star hotels come first, and a four-star fallback must score at least 8.5. This is an official four-star with a 9.0 score, so it qualified as the fallback.
