Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Phoenix - Chandler - Downtown is our Budget pick in Chandler. It fits drivers, work trips and anyone visiting someone in a local hospital, since guests point to easy access to the freeway, shopping centres, restaurants and hospitals.
Families get family rooms, and the listing is tagged as pet-friendly. Guests warn that pet fees are expensive, though, so price that in. If you want a restaurant on site or breakfast, neither is confirmed here. Travellers chasing the highest score should look at our other two picks, which rated much higher.

Why it made our top 3
We compared 9 hotels in Chandler. Our Budget slot goes to the lowest eligible reference price after the upscale choice is set aside, and at €107.81 this hotel took it.
An 8.3 is a decent score for the cheapest option in the set, and the room comments are consistently positive.
Before you book
If you travel with a pet, ask for the exact pet fee first, since guests flag it as expensive. Check whether any breakfast is offered. Confirm the gym hours. Read the cancellation terms. Then compare today's rate with the Hampton Inn and the Drury Inn, because the gap was small enough that a sale at either could change the choice.
