Yes, if you want a cheap, central base in Larnaca within walking distance of the beach, the marina and the old churches. Skip it if a good pool matters, because guests often call the rooftop pool small and not always clean.

This is our Budget choice for Larnaca. It suits travellers who want to explore on foot and spend little: couples, solo travellers and families who mainly need a clean bed, a good breakfast and a short walk to the sea. Family rooms are listed.
If you picture long afternoons by the pool, look elsewhere. The rooftop pool has views, but guests often describe it as small and sometimes unclean. A 3-star rating also means fewer extras than our other two picks.
Location and getting around
The address is 9, Gregoriou Afxentiou street, in Larnaca City Centre. Guests say the beach, the marina and the city centre are a short walk away, with a bus stop nearby. The location score is 8.8 out of 10.
Sourp Stepanos Church is about 0.3 km away, around 4 minutes on foot. The Church of Saint Lazarus and Larnaca Synagogue are each about 0.7 km, around 9 minutes. These are straight-line estimates, not checked on the ground, but they show how compact the area is. Parking is not confirmed, so ask if you are driving.
What guests say
The score is 8.4 out of 10 from 3,144 reviews. Among the 5 hotels we compared, it was joint fourth on score.
Breakfast is a highlight. It is a buffet served on the top floor with city views, a pancake machine and varied options, with full English or Irish, vegetarian, gluten-free and American styles listed. The location is the other big plus. The pool is the clear weak point, as covered above.
Price and value against our other two picks
The reference price was €87.97 per night, about €176 in total, seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults. That was 23% below the median of the hotels compared. It is not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
Listed features are an outdoor pool, family rooms, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a terrace.
Our Best Value pick, Leonardo Boutique Hotel Larnaca, scored 9.2 at €114 per night, a 4-star hotel about €26 more per night. Our Luxury pick, Sandy Beach Hotel & Spa, scored 8.8 at €163.07, a 5-star option. If the extra €26 fits your budget, the Best Value pick has a clearly higher score. If not, this one gives you a central spot for less.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 5 hotels in Larnaca. This one had the lowest eligible reference price once the upscale choice was set aside, and it backs that with a solid score from more than 3,000 reviews and a central location.
Before you book
Room size, noise, renovation condition, breakfast inclusion and cancellation terms have not been assessed. Check whether breakfast is in your rate, since it is one of the main reasons guests like the hotel. Ask about pool opening in your dates and about parking. Read the cancellation terms.
