What guests say
Staff earn the most praise. Guests call the team professional, friendly and attentive, and describe the service as warm and helpful.
The spa comes next. Reviews describe a clean, modern and well-designed wellness area with a pool and jacuzzi.
Breakfast is mostly liked, with a generous, high-quality buffet and fresh juice. A few guests, though, found the selection limited.
Price and what you get compared with our other Aix-les-Bains picks
The reference price was €154.50 per night. This is a reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults, not a live quote. Check today's price for your dates.
The sample median was €112.80, so you pay a clear premium. Our Budget pick, Hotel *** & Spa Vacances Bleues Villa Marlioz, was €87.50 with a score of 8.1 and 3 stars. Our Best Value pick, Le Riviera - Hôtel Restaurant & Spa - Ex Golden Tulip Aix les bains, was €112.80 with a score of 8.5 and 4 stars.
Against the Best Value pick, you pay €41.70 more per night for 0.7 more points. Both are central and both list a spa, so the extra money buys mainly the higher guest rating and the service guests describe.
Listed facilities include free Wi-Fi, a spa, a pool, a restaurant, family rooms, air conditioning and a terrace. Fees and hours are not confirmed.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 7 eligible properties in Aix-les-Bains. For the Luxury slot we look first for 5-star hotels; a 4-star hotel qualifies only with a score of at least 8.5.
At 9.2 it cleared that bar by a wide margin and held the top review score in the sample.
Before you book
Room size, noise, renovation condition, breakfast inclusion and cancellation terms have not been assessed. Check them on your booking page.
Ask whether spa access is included and what the hours are for your dates. Parking is not confirmed in our data, so check if you are driving.
Because the review count is smaller, it is worth reading several recent reviews to see if they match the 9.2 average.
