By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Hilaria is worth booking if you want the joint best-rated hotel in our Aguascalientes sample, steps from the museum and cathedral, at a price below the city median. Light sleepers should think twice, since guests report noise through thin walls.

Hilaria suits travellers who want to walk to the main square, restaurants and sights rather than drive. Guests say the town square and restaurants are within a five-minute walk. Free parking and family rooms are listed, so it also works for road trips and small families.
Skip it if you need a quiet room above all. Some guests find it quiet, but others report that thin walls let in noise from hallways and neighbours. It is also a three-star property, so do not expect the facilities of our Luxury pick.

Hilaria scores 9.1 out of 10 from 141 reviews, joint first of the 10 eligible properties in our sample. The review count is moderate, so check that recent reviews match the average.
Guests like the central position and a friendly, attentive team that gives helpful service.
The recurring complaint is soundproofing. Opinions are split: some guests found it quiet, while others heard hallway and neighbour noise through thin walls. Earplugs are a sensible precaution.
Price compared with our other Aguascalientes picks
The reference price was €66.55 per night, 8% below the sample median of €72.09. These are reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults, not live quotes. Check today's price for your dates.
Our Budget pick, Hotel Inn Galerias, scored 8.6 at €47.73 a night, about €19 cheaper. Our Luxury pick, Gran Hotel Hacienda De La Noria, scored 8.8 at €76.78, only about €10 more. That gap is small, so compare both for your dates. Hilaria wins on guest score and on walking access to the centre.
The property lists a restaurant, a terrace, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and free parking. An American breakfast is listed. Whether it is included in your rate is not confirmed.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 10 eligible hotels in Aguascalientes. The Best Value slot balances guest score, number of reviews and the reference price, and it is not meant to be the cheapest hotel. Hilaria had the joint top score in the sample, a price below the median and a location score of 9.6, which made it the strongest all-round choice.
