Who it suits and who should skip it

Couples and families who want more facilities than a basic hotel, without resort prices, are the natural fit. The property lists a pool, a gym, a restaurant, a terrace, family rooms and free parking. Breakfast is listed as continental and buffet.

Two things come up most. The location is one, with the beach, 5th Avenue and the bus station all close. The pool is the other: guests describe a clean courtyard with a bar, sunbeds and a tropical design.

The complaint to take seriously is about extra costs. Guests find the room rates reasonable but report unexpected fees and deposits. Room size, noise and renovation condition have not been assessed in our data.
