This 3-star hotel works best for drivers. The property lists free parking, which matters in a town on the edge of Madrid where many visitors arrive by car. Family rooms are also listed, so it can suit parents with children who want one room and a predictable setup.
Guests have rated it 8.7 out of 10 across 4,416 reviews. That is a large sample, and it put the hotel joint first of the 6 eligible properties we looked at in Getafe.
Skip it if you want to walk to sights from the door, or if every euro counts. It was the most expensive of our three Getafe picks at the reference price, and the nearest listed landmark is about an hour away on foot.
Location and getting around
The address is Avenida Rio Guadalquivir, 17, in Getafe. Guests give the location 8.8 out of 10, a solid score, but our distance data suggests this is not a base for walking to monuments.
Getafe Cathedral is about 4.6 km away, roughly 58 minutes on foot as a straight-line estimate. That is far, so plan on public transport or a taxi. The Museum of Aeronautics and Astronautics in Madrid is about 13.9 km away, around 174 minutes on foot, which means you will need transport or a car.
Walking times are unverified straight-line estimates. Without a car, check transport options to central Madrid before you book.
What guests say
The overall picture is strong: 8.7 out of 10 from 4,416 reviews is a high score on a large base.
Our data does not include a summary of specific likes or dislikes for this hotel, so we cannot tell you what guests praise or complain about most. Read recent reviews for comments on room size, noise, cleanliness and breakfast before you commit.
Price and what you get compared with our other Getafe picks
Reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults put this hotel at €144.50 per night. The sample median was €107.05, so it sits well above the typical rate. These are not live quotes. Check today's price for your dates.
Our Budget pick, Ibis Madrid Getafe, came in at €84 per night with a guest score of 8.4 and 2 stars. Our Luxury pick, B&B HOTEL Madrid Getafe, came in at €89.10 per night with 8.6 and 4 stars. In plain terms, this Best Value pick cost about €55 to €60 more per night than either of the others at reference prices.
For that premium you get the highest guest score of the three, backed by 4,416 reviews, free parking, family rooms, a 24-hour front desk, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is listed as continental and buffet. Whether breakfast is included in your rate is not confirmed, so check the rate details.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 6 eligible hotels in Getafe. Our Best Value slot balances guest score, the number of reviews and the reference price. It does not mean the cheapest room.
This hotel tied for the top review score in the sample and had a very large review count behind it. That consistency is what earned the place, despite the higher price.
Before you book
Several things have not been assessed: room size, noise, renovation condition, breakfast inclusion and cancellation terms. Confirm each one on the booking page.
Check that free parking is still offered for your dates and whether spaces can be reserved. If you need a family room, confirm the bed setup. And compare today's rate with our other two Getafe picks, since the gap at reference prices was large.
