Yes, it is worth booking if you want a well-rated, mid-priced base near Icon Park with free parking and plan to drive to the theme parks. Skip it if you want to walk to Disney, which is far, or if you expect breakfast in the rate, since guests say it costs extra.

This is our Best Value pick in Orlando. It is a 3-star hotel in the Universal Orlando Resort Area that suits families and couples with a car. The property lists free parking, family rooms, a pool, a gym, a restaurant, a garden and a terrace.
It is a weaker choice if you do not have a car. The Disney parks in our data are all far away. Travellers who want a high-end stay should look at our Luxury pick instead.
Location and getting around
The address is 8368 Jamaican Court. Guests rate the location 9.5 out of 10. They say Icon Park, restaurants and shops are walkable, and that theme parks are short drives away.
By straight-line estimate, Magic Kingdom is about 11 km away, roughly 138 minutes on foot. Epcot is 11.1 km, about 139 minutes, and Disney's Animal Kingdom is 14.9 km, about 186 minutes. All three are far, so you will need a car, public transport or a taxi. These are estimates, not verified routes.
What guests say
The score is 8.7 out of 10 from 5,711 guest reviews, a very large sample, and joint 2nd of 11 eligible hotels in our comparison.
Location gets the most praise. Rooms come next: guests describe them as spacious and tidy, with hard floors instead of carpet.
The main caveat is about value. Guests find the rates reasonable for the area and room size, but note that breakfast costs extra. Breakfast is listed as vegetarian, American and buffet.
Price and what you get compared with our other picks
Reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults were €92.59 a night, about €185 for both nights. The sample median was €87.55, so it sat just above the middle. These are not live quotes. Check today's price for your dates.
Our Budget pick, Fairfield Inn & Suites, Lake Buena Vista - Orlando Marriott Village - Trundle Bunkbed Suites!, a 3-star scoring 8.1, was €69.39 a night. Our Luxury pick, ette hotel Orlando, a 5-star scoring 9.3, was €351.53. For about €23 more a night than the budget option you get a clearly better score and free parking. The Luxury pick costs nearly four times as much.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 11 eligible hotels in Orlando. Our Best Value slot balances guest score, number of reviews and price, and is not meant to be the cheapest. An 8.7 score from more than 5,700 reviews, a 9.5 location rating and a near-median price gave this hotel the best balance.
