This 3-star hotel is our Best Value pick in Brossard. It suits visitors who want to stay in the Dix30 district, with shops, restaurants and a theatre nearby, and drivers, since free parking is listed.
Families can look at it too: family rooms are listed, and the data flags the hotel as family and pet friendly. A gym, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are also listed.
Skip it if your trip is mainly about central Montreal on foot. The Montreal sights in our data are all more than two hours away walking. Light sleepers should also take care, as some rooms pick up noise.

What guests say
The score is 9.0 out of 10 from 1,103 reviews, second among 4 eligible hotels. Cleanliness is the standout: guests describe the hotel as consistently spotless, well maintained and tidy. The location in Dix30 is the other big plus.
The complaint that comes up is soundproofing. Most find it quiet, but some rooms hear noise from corridors, bathrooms or outside traffic. Asking for a quiet room when you book is worth a try.

Why it made our top 3
We compared 4 eligible hotels in Brossard. Our Best Value slot balances guest score, review count and price, so it is not necessarily the cheapest. A 9.0 from more than 1,100 reviews at a mid-range price earned this hotel the spot.
Before you book
Ask for a quiet room away from the corridor and street side. Check whether breakfast is included and read the cancellation terms.
If you bring a pet, confirm the conditions and any fee. Room size and renovation condition have not been assessed, so recent reviews are worth a look.
