This is our Luxury pick in Szklarska Poręba. It suits couples, families and active travellers who want ski lifts and hiking trails nearby, plus a spa to return to. Pets and free parking are listed, which helps for a driving trip with a dog, but confirm the conditions.
Skip it if a quiet indoor pool is a priority. Guests say it is small and gets crowded. Travellers on a tighter budget should know our cheaper picks scored higher.
Location and getting around
The address is 17 Okrzei. Guests describe it as near ski lifts and hiking trails, with mountain views and a short walk from the centre. The location score is 9.2.
Kamieńczyk Falls is about 1.9 km away, around 24 minutes on foot as a straight-line estimate. Szklarki Falls is about 2.6 km, roughly 33 minutes, so that is already a long walk. Pančava Waterfall is 6.8 km, about 85 minutes, which is far: plan on a car, taxi or public transport unless you are hiking.
What guests say
Breakfast leads the praise. Guests describe a varied buffet with fresh local products, served until late morning. The location near lifts, trails and the centre also gets strong comments.
The wellness area is mixed. The outdoor jacuzzi with warm water and views is liked, but the indoor pool is called small and crowded. Room size, noise and renovation condition have not been assessed, so check recent reviews.
Price and what you get
Reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults were about €175.19 per night. These are not live quotes. Check today's price for your dates.
Our other picks: Hotel Grey Spa, the Budget choice, was about €76.94 a night with 9.4 and 3 stars. Rezydencja Aqua SPA & Wellness by GRANO, the Best Value choice, was about €110.56 with 9.2 and 4 stars. Bergo costs about €65 more per night than the Best Value pick and scores a little lower, so you are paying for the fifth star and the larger facilities list.
Listed facilities include a gym, spa, pool, restaurant, free parking, family rooms, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Breakfast options listed include continental, Italian, full English or Irish, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, American, buffet and breakfast to go.
