The location score is 9.8 out of 10, one of the highest we see. Guests describe a central setting near Pearl Street Mall, with shops and restaurants within walking distance.
We do not have verified walking times to specific sights for this hotel. What guests say
The score is 8.9 out of 10 from 587 reviews. That placed it joint first of 8 eligible properties in our sample, so no hotel we compared in Boulder scored higher.
Guests like two things most. The location near Pearl Street Mall, and the staff, described as friendly and helpful, with a warm welcome and knowledgeable service.
The complaint that comes up is price. Room rates feel high to some guests, and additional parking fees often exceed what they expected.

Why it made our top 3
We compared 8 eligible hotels in Boulder. For the Luxury slot, five-star hotels come first, and a four-star hotel must score at least 8.5 to take the place. The Boulderado has 4 official stars and a score of 8.9, the top result in the sample, and it was priced below the median. That combination made it a clear choice.
