Why it made our top 3
We compared 15 eligible hotels in São Paulo. The Budget slot goes to the lowest eligible reference price once the upscale choice is reserved, and the Calstar had it.
What lifts it above a pure price pick is the guest score of 8.8 from more than 4,000 reviews and a 9.1 location score. Few budget rooms combine those.
