Location and getting around
The address is 8 Boulevard Franklin Roosevelt, Les Sables-d'Olonne. The location score is 9.6, the strongest point in its record. Guests describe a central setting near the port, shops and restaurants.
L'Armendèche Lighthouse is about 1.1 km away in a straight line, roughly 14 minutes on foot. Real routes may be a little longer. Our data does not list other sights, so check a map for the rest of your plans.
What guests say
The score is 9.0 out of 10 from 149 reviews. That placed it joint first of the 6 eligible properties we compared. The review count is moderate, so a few new reviews could move the average.
Location and staff lead the praise. Guests like being close to the port and the shops, and they value the team's local advice and welcome.
The main complaint is parking. The public garage opposite is handy, but you pay for it. Room size, noise, renovation state and cancellation terms have not been assessed, so read recent reviews.
Price and how it compares with our other picks
The reference price was €103.94 per night, about €207.88 for two nights. These are reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults, not live quotes. Check today's price for your dates.
That is 10% below the sample median of €115.55. Our Budget pick, The Originals Boutique, Hôtel Admiral's, Les Sables-d'Olonne, was €76.80 per night with an 8.7 score and 3 stars. Our Luxury pick, Côte Ouest Thalasso & Spa Les Sables d'Olonne - MGallery Collection, was €223.12 per night with an 8.9 score and 4 stars.
Here you pay about €27 more per night than the Budget pick for a 0.3-point higher score and one more star. The Luxury pick costs more than twice as much and scores slightly lower, so pay that only if you want its spa. Breakfast is listed as continental and buffet; inclusion is not confirmed. Remember to add the garage fee if you drive.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 6 eligible hotels in Les Sables-d'Olonne. Hotel Coeur Marin took the Best Value slot by pairing the joint highest guest score with a below-median price. Best Value weighs score, reviews and price together; it is not simply the cheapest.
Before you book
