Hotel Dann Cali
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
For a 5-star hotel with a pool, spa and a well-loved breakfast at around €100 a night, this is strong value at the top end in Cali. Light sleepers should be careful, since guests report traffic and corridor noise through thin windows.

Couples, families and business travellers who want full facilities without a big-city luxury price will find a lot here. The property lists a pool, spa, gym, restaurant, terrace, family rooms, free parking, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
It is tagged as pet-friendly, though the pet rules and fee are not confirmed in our data.
Skip it if quiet is your top priority. Soundproofing is the clear weak point in guest reviews.
Location and getting around
The address is Avda. Colombia 1-40, and guests rate the location 9.5 out of 10. They describe it as central, close to the river and the San Antonio area, with restaurants and attractions within walking distance.
Cali Tower is 1.6 km away, about 20 minutes on foot, and Cali Zoo is 2 km, about 25 minutes. Cristo Rey is 3.1 km away, around 39 minutes walking. That last one is far, so plan on a taxi or public transport. All times are straight-line estimates.
What guests say
The score is 8.9 out of 10 from 1,172 reviews, which placed it joint second among the 13 eligible hotels we compared.
Breakfast is a highlight. Guests describe a large buffet with local specialties, exotic fruit and hot dishes. The central position near the river is the other recurring positive.
Noise is the honest drawback. Guests say street traffic and hallway sounds come through, and they blame thin windows. If you sleep lightly, bring earplugs or ask for a room away from the street, though availability is not guaranteed.
Price and how it compares with our other two picks
The reference price was €100.50 a night, about €201 for two nights, seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults. The median of the hotels we compared was €89.91, so it costs around 12% more than a typical option. It is not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.

The Dann costs about €17 more per night than HYPE STATES for the extra stars, pool and spa, though HYPE STATES scored higher with guests.
