This is a practical choice for couples, families and short stays where the priority is sleeping close to the old centre for little money. Family rooms, a restaurant, a terrace, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are listed by the property.
With two stars, it is not the place for extra comforts. If you want a four-star feel, note that both of our other Jaca picks are four-star hotels, and one of them was almost the same price.
Location and getting around
The address is Echegaray, 11, in the area the provider labels the top-rated part of Jaca. The location score is 9.3 out of 10.
Jaca Cathedral is about 0.1 km away, roughly a minute on foot as a straight-line estimate. That is the only nearby sight in our data, so walking times to other places are not confirmed. Check a map for anything else you plan to visit.
What guests say
The hotel scores 8.2 out of 10 from 1,304 reviews. That is joint third of 4 eligible properties in the provider sample, so it sits in the lower half of a small group.
We do not have a summary of specific likes or dislikes for this hotel. That is a gap, not a sign that everything is fine. Read recent reviews for comments on rooms, noise and breakfast before you book.
Price and what you get compared with our other picks
Reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 (10 to 12 November, 2 adults, one room) were about €56.65 a night. The sample median was €64.68, so this was about 12% below the middle. These are not live quotes; check today's price for your dates.
Our Best Value pick, Hotel & Spa Real Jaca, was about €78 a night with an 8.3 score and four stars. Our Luxury pick, Eurostars Reina Felicia, was about €57.60 a night with an 8.5 score and four stars.
That last figure matters. On those dates the Luxury pick cost under €1 more per night, with a better score and two more stars. If the same gap holds when you search, it is the stronger deal. El Acebo stays useful if Eurostars is full or its price has risen.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 4 eligible hotels in Jaca. El Acebo is our Budget choice because it had the lowest eligible reference price after the upscale pick was set aside. Its large review count and 9.3 location score support the choice.
The sample is small, so treat the ranking as a guide rather than a firm verdict.
