What guests say
Location gets the most praise. Guests like being near the Museum of Evolution and a short walk from the historic centre and cathedral.
Breakfast is the other positive. Reviews describe a simple but complete buffet with sweet and savoury options, served in the cafeteria. Listed types are continental, gluten-free and buffet.
Beds draw mild criticism. Most guests find the mattresses comfortable, but some say they are soft or the pillows too low. If you have a sensitive back, keep that in mind.
Price and what you get, compared with our other two Burgos picks
The reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026, for 2 adults in one room, was €70 per night, €140 for the two nights. That was 14% below the sample median of €81.25. It is not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
Our Budget pick, RICE Palacio de los Blasones, was €61.65 with an 8.4 score and four stars. Our Luxury pick, Landa, was €218.40 with an 8.6 score and five stars.
So for about €8 more than the Budget pick you get the highest guest score of our three Burgos choices, though with three stars and fewer facilities. Whether breakfast is in your rate is not confirmed.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 10 eligible hotels in Burgos. The Best Value slot balances guest score, number of reviews and price, so it is not simply the cheapest option.
This hotel shares second place on score in the sample, has over 3,000 reviews and costs less than the median. That combination won it the place.
Before you book
Check whether breakfast is included and what the cancellation terms are, since neither has been assessed. Room size and noise have not been checked either.
If firm beds matter to you, read recent reviews or ask the hotel about extra pillows. Parking is not mentioned in our data, so drivers should ask where to leave the car.
