This is our Luxury pick for Chorzów. It is an officially rated 4-star hotel with a guest score of 9.1 out of 10 from 523 reviews. Drivers and event-goers get the most out of it: guests point to its position near the A4 motorway and the Spodek arena, with a quiet green park around it.
Light sleepers should read on before booking. Some guests say the rooms are quiet, but others hear noise through thin walls and windows. If you sleep badly with any background sound, pack earplugs or ask for a quieter room.
Location and getting around
The address is Stefana Batorego 35, Chorzów. Guests rate the location 9.1 out of 10.
The well-known Katowice sights are far. Straight-line estimates put the Great Synagogue (Katowice) about 5.8 km away, around 73 minutes on foot, the Silesian Museum about 6 km or 75 minutes, and the Silesian Insurgents Memorial about 6.1 km or 76 minutes. These are not realistic walks for most people. You will need public transport or a taxi.
Parking is not confirmed in our data, which matters given how many guests mention the motorway. Ask the hotel about parking and any fee.
What guests say
Breakfast gets the warmest words. Guests describe tasty, abundant meals with a large selection of fresh items. The listed styles are continental, full English or Irish, vegetarian, vegan and buffet, so most diets are covered.
The setting is the other positive, with the green park and road links coming up often.
Soundproofing is the main complaint, as noted above. It is mixed rather than universal, but it is the one recurring weakness in our summary.
Price compared with our other two picks
Our reference price was €80.19 per night, about €160 for two nights. These are reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults, not live quotes. Check today's price for your dates.
That is above the sample median of €53.16. Hotel Skaut, our Budget pick, came in at €45.83 a night with a score of 8.9 and 2 stars. Focus Hotel Katowice Chorzów, our Best Value pick, was €53.16 with an 8.8 and 3 stars.
You pay roughly €27 to €34 more per night here than at the other two. In return you get a higher guest score, a 4-star rating and the strongest breakfast feedback of the three as far as our data shows.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 5 eligible properties in Chorzów. Five-star hotels get priority for our Luxury slot, and a 4-star fallback must score at least 8.5. This hotel cleared that bar with a 9.1 and ranked joint first of 5 on review score.
Before you book
Room size, noise, renovation condition, breakfast inclusion and cancellation terms have not been assessed. The property lists a restaurant, family rooms, a garden and a terrace. It is also tagged for pets, a spa and a gym, but those three are not in the confirmed facility list, so check them directly along with any fees.
If noise worries you, mention it when booking and ask for a room away from the road.
