Hotel Hassler is our Budget pick in Asunción. It has 3 stars and a guest score of 8.3 out of 10 from 495 reviews. It suits travellers on a tight budget who want a calm base near shopping malls, and families who need a family room and a pool.
Light sleepers should think twice. Some guests find it quiet, but others say thin walls let in noise from neighbours and common areas. If that matters, bring earplugs or pick another hotel.

Why it made our top 3
We compared 9 eligible hotels in Asunción. The Budget slot goes to the lowest eligible reference price after the upscale pick is reserved, and Hassler was that hotel at €35.41. A location score of 9.1 and a pool make that price good value, even with the lower guest score.
