This is our Budget pick in Cochabamba. It suits backpackers, couples and short-stay visitors who want to sleep near the centre for very little. Drivers benefit from the free parking listed, and family rooms are available.
The facility list is basic: free Wi-Fi, free parking, family rooms and a 24-hour front desk. No pool, gym, spa, restaurant or air conditioning appears in the data. If you want comfort and extras, look at the other two picks.
Location and getting around
The address is España 342. The Metropolitan Cathedral of Saint Sebastian is about 0.6 km away, roughly 8 minutes on foot.
Cristo de la Concordia is 2.5 km away, about 31 minutes on foot, and the Cochabamba Bolivia Temple is 3 km, about 38 minutes. Both are beyond a comfortable walk, so plan on public transport or a taxi. All times are straight-line estimates.
Guests rate the location 9.1 out of 10, which matches its central address.
What guests say
The score is 8.3 out of 10 from 487 reviews. That is a solid figure on a good number of reviews. Still, it came last on score among the 6 eligible hotels we compared, so the competition in Cochabamba is strong.
Our data does not include a summary of guest likes or dislikes for this hotel. We cannot tell you how guests rate the beds, cleaning or noise. Read the newest reviews and look for comments on street noise and hot water, which matter at this price level.
Price, and how it compares with our other two picks
The reference price was €28.92 a night, about €58 for two nights. That is a reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults in one room. It is not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
The rate was 53% below the sample median of €61.95. Casa Deco Hotel Boutique, our Best Value pick, was €65.44 a night with a perfect 10. Hotel Boutique La Casa de Margarita, our Luxury pick, was €80.88 with 9.3.
The gap is large. You save about €36 a night against Casa Deco and €52 against La Casa de Margarita. For a two-night stay, that is more than €70 back in your pocket against the next option up.
A buffet breakfast is listed. Whether it is included in your rate is not confirmed.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 6 eligible hotels in Cochabamba. After setting aside the upscale choice, Hotel Monserrat had the lowest reference price, so it is our Budget pick. Its central position and a 9.1 location score made it the obvious low-cost base.
