Hotel Navarro

By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.

Yes, it is worth booking for drivers and short-stay travellers who want a quiet, friendly two-star base 8 minutes on foot from the cathedral. Skip it if a good breakfast matters, and compare it with our other picks, which were priced almost the same in our sample.

Who it suits, and who should skip it

Hotel Navarro suits people arriving by car, workers on a short trip and anyone who wants a quiet place to sleep near the centre. Guests mention easy street parking and a 24-hour reception with friendly, helpful staff. The property lists family rooms, a restaurant, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

If breakfast is a highlight of your trip, look elsewhere. Guests say the cafeteria serves basic toast and juice with a limited choice. And because the other two hotels on our list were priced within a few euros, travellers who want four stars may prefer them.

Location and getting around

The address is Avenida Pio XII, 18, and guests rate the location 8.7. They describe a quiet area with a short walk to the city centre.

Ciudad Real Cathedral is about 0.6 km away, roughly 8 minutes on foot as a straight-line estimate. No other nearby sights or public transport links are listed in our data, so check a map for anything else on your plan. Street parking is described as easy by guests, but it is not a guaranteed hotel space.

What guests say

The score is 8.6 out of 10 from 796 reviews, joint third among 8 eligible properties in the sample. Praise centres on the location and the staff at the round-the-clock front desk.

The clear weak point is breakfast. The type of breakfast on offer is not confirmed in our data, and guests describe it as simple. Room size, noise, renovation condition and cancellation terms have not been assessed, so check recent reviews for those.

Price and what you get against our other two picks

Reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults were €52.00 per night, around €104 for both nights. The sample median was €65.50, so this was about 21% below it. These were not live quotes, so check today's price for your dates.

Here is the twist. Our Budget pick, Exe Doña Carlota, a four-star hotel scoring 8.7, was €49.50 per night. Our Luxury pick, Eurostars Rey Alfonso X, also four stars and scoring 8.8, was €54.00. All three were within €4.50 of each other in this sample. Hotel Navarro is a two-star hotel, so on those numbers the others gave more stars for similar money. Prices move, so compare all three for your own dates.

Why it made our top 3

We compared 8 eligible properties in Ciudad Real. The Best Value slot weighs guest score, review count and reference price together, so it is not simply the cheapest. Hotel Navarro combined a solid 8.6 from nearly 800 reviews with a price well under the median.

Before you book

Check whether breakfast is included and what it contains. If you drive, ask whether the hotel has any parking of its own or if you rely on the street. Confirm room size and cancellation terms, and compare live prices with our other two Ciudad Real picks.
