Hotel Splendido
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Hotel Splendido is worth booking if you want a lower-cost bay-side base in Prčanj with a pool, beachfront and restaurant listed, and you do not mind being outside Kotor's old town. Skip it if guest score matters most, because it ranked last of the 10 hotels we compared.

This hotel suits travellers who want the facilities of a seaside hotel at a lower price. The list covers beachfront, a pool, gym, restaurant, garden, terrace, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. It makes most sense if you have a car or are happy to use taxis.
Skip it if you want to step out into Kotor's old streets each evening, or if you want the strongest guest score. For a little more money, our Best Value pick scored a full point higher.
Location and getting around
The address is Glavati bb, Prcanj, in what the listing calls the top-rated area of Prčanj. Guests rate the location 8.9 out of 10.
Our walking times are straight-line estimates. Kotor Cathedral is about 2.5 km away, roughly 31 minutes on foot. That is already a long walk, and the real route may be longer, so many guests will prefer public transport or a taxi. Lovćen and the Mausoleum of Njegoš are both about 7.1 km, around 89 minutes each. Those are far; you will need a car, taxi or tour.
Parking appears in the listing tags but is not confirmed in the facilities list. Ask the hotel before you drive.
What guests say
The score is 8.2 out of 10 from 1,471 reviews. That is a decent score, but it placed the hotel joint tenth of the 10 hotels we compared.
We do not have a summary of specific guest likes or dislikes for this hotel. So we cannot tell you what guests single out about rooms, staff or food. Read recent reviews before booking, with an eye on room condition and noise.
Breakfast is listed as continental, Italian and vegetarian. How guests rate it is not confirmed in our data.
Price and how it compares with our other picks
The reference price was €109.28 per night, about €219 for two nights. That is 33% below the sample median of €163.88. These are reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults, not live quotes, so check today's price for your dates.
Our Best Value pick, Boutique Hotel Casa del Mare - Vizura, scored 9.2 with 4 stars at €114.94 a night. Our Luxury pick, Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort, scored 9.0 with 5 stars at €187.85.
The gap to Casa del Mare was under €6 a night on the reference dates, for a much higher score. Splendido makes sense if it comes in clearly cheaper on your dates, or if its pool and beachfront are what you want.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 10 eligible hotels around Kotor. Splendido took the Budget slot because it had the lowest eligible reference price after the upscale choice was set aside.
It did not win on score. It earns its place through price, a solid location rating and a wide list of facilities for the money.
Before you book
Room size, noise, renovation condition, breakfast inclusion and cancellation terms have not been assessed. Check whether breakfast is in your rate and what the cancellation policy is.
Confirm pool and gym opening times and any fees, especially in November. Ask about parking and how guests usually reach Kotor's old town.
