Hotel Up Wellness & Spa

By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.

Book it if you want a central Foggia hotel with a spa, a well-liked breakfast and a large pool of positive reviews, at about €109 a night. If you are driving, or if price is your main filter, think again: parking is a known hassle and our Luxury pick was cheaper on the reference dates.

Who it suits and who should skip it

This 4-star hotel suits travellers arriving by train who want to walk to the station, the main square and the shops. It scores 8.9 out of 10 across 942 reviews, a large sample, and 9.1 for location. The spa adds something for a short break.

Drivers should weigh the parking issue before booking. Price hunters should note that this was not the cheapest of our three Foggia picks on the reference dates, and not by a small margin compared with the Budget option.

Location and getting around

The address is Via Trieste 14. Foggia Cathedral is about 0.7 km away, roughly 9 minutes on foot as a straight-line estimate.

Guests describe a central position near the train station, the main square and shops, so most of a short stay can be done on foot. Parking is the weak spot: guests say the options are a nearby garage or the street, often external, paid or limited.

What guests say

Breakfast is a frequent highlight. Reviewers mention an abundant buffet with plenty of sweet and savoury items, cakes among them. Listed styles include Continental, Italian, vegan and gluten-free options.

Location is the other strong theme. The main complaint is parking, which comes up as a practical problem rather than a deal-breaker for most.

Price and value next to our other picks

The reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 (10 to 12 November, 2 adults, one room) was €108.61 a night, about €217 for both nights. That sits above the sample median of €96.00. It is a reference, not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.

Here is the honest comparison. Our Luxury pick, Outside Boutique Hotel, was €89 a night with a 9.0 score and 4 stars, so it was cheaper on those dates. Our Budget pick, La casa di Pippo, was €80 with an 8.2 score and 3 stars. Hotel Up earns its place through 942 reviews and its spa, not through the lowest price. Compare all three on your own dates, because the order may change.

Facilities listed by the property are a spa, family rooms, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Whether breakfast is included in your rate is not confirmed.

Why it made our top 3

We compared 5 eligible properties in Foggia. Hotel Up is our Best Value choice, which balances guest score, number of reviews and reference price. It is not meant to be the cheapest option.

Its 8.9 ranked joint second of the 5, and it rests on 942 reviews. That depth of feedback is the main reason it made the list.

Before you book

Room size, noise, room condition, breakfast inclusion and cancellation terms have not been assessed. Read the conditions of the exact rate.

Check spa opening times and any fees. If you are driving, ask the hotel which garage it recommends and what it costs per day. The listing tags the hotel as pet-friendly, but the policy is not confirmed, so ask if you travel with a pet.
