Hotel Virreynal
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Book it if price and a central address matter most and you can accept some risk on cleanliness. If you can spend about €44 more per night, our other two Córdoba picks scored clearly higher.

This is our Budget pick in Córdoba, Mexico. It suits travellers on a tight budget who want to be close to the main square and the cathedral and will mostly use the room to sleep.
Family rooms, a restaurant, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are listed. That covers the basics for a short stay.
Skip it if cleanliness is non-negotiable for you. Several guests report insects and stained bedding, even though others found it generally tidy. It also had the lowest guest score of the 6 eligible properties we compared.
Location and getting around
The address is 309 Avenida 1, Córdoba. The location score is 9.2 out of 10, and guests describe a central setting near the main square, the cathedral and local restaurants.
Our data has no measured distances to landmarks for this hotel, so walking times are not confirmed. Check a map for the exact route to the places you plan to visit.
Parking is not listed among the facilities. If you are driving, ask the hotel whether parking is available and whether it costs extra.
What guests say
The score is 8.0 out of 10 from 370 reviews. That is a decent score in absolute terms, but it ranked 6 of 6 in the sample, so every other eligible hotel scored at least as well.
Guests like the location and the staff. The team is described as friendly and attentive, helping with luggage and giving a warm welcome.
The main complaint is cleanliness. Rooms are generally tidy, but there are several reports of insects and stained bedding. If this worries you, ask to change rooms on arrival if anything looks wrong.
Price compared with our other Córdoba picks
The reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 (10 to 12 November, 2 adults, one room) was €41.80 per night, about €84 for both nights. The sample median was €82.25, so it was 49% cheaper. These are reference prices, not live quotes, so check today's price for your dates.
Here the comparison is unusual. Comfort Inn Cordoba, our Best Value pick, scored 9.0 at €91.36 a night. HB Córdoba, our Luxury pick, scored 9.2 at €85.99, slightly cheaper than the Best Value option. Both are 4-star hotels; this one is 3-star.
So the question is simple: is saving about €44 to €50 a night worth a lower score and the cleanliness reports? For some trips it will be. For others, HB Córdoba at €85.99 is the better deal.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 6 eligible hotels in Córdoba. The Budget pick is the lowest eligible reference price after the upscale choice has been set aside, and this hotel came in at €41.80.
It earned its place on price and location, not on guest score.
