By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
It is a solid, central choice with a well-liked buffet breakfast, but at our reference dates it cost almost the same as our higher-scoring Luxury pick. Book it if it is cheaper on your dates or you prefer its location; otherwise compare carefully first.

Couples, families and travellers planning tours from Chiclayo will find what they need here. The property lists a restaurant, family rooms, a terrace, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, and guests say staff help with luggage and tours.
Light sleepers should be careful. Interior rooms are described as quiet, but street-facing rooms pick up traffic and construction noise. If you are sensitive to noise, ask for an interior room.

The score is 8.6 out of 10 from 752 reviews. Breakfast gets specific praise: a buffet with fresh fruit, eggs, bread, yogurt and coffee. Guests also mention a friendly team who welcome them warmly and help with bags and tours.
The recurring complaint is noise in rooms facing the street, from traffic and construction work. Room size, renovation condition and cancellation terms were not assessed.

Why it made our top 3
We compared 6 eligible properties in Chiclayo. The Best Value slot balances guest score, number of reviews and price, and is not simply the cheapest option. This hotel ranked joint second of six on review score.
Its strengths are consistent: a central address, a well-reviewed breakfast and helpful staff, backed by more than 750 reviews.
Before you book
Ask for an interior room if noise bothers you. Check whether breakfast is included in your rate, because inclusion has not been confirmed.
Compare the live price against Casa Andina Select Chiclayo for the same nights. If the gap is still tiny, the higher-scored option may be the better deal. Also confirm cancellation terms and restaurant opening times.
