This is a sensible base for drivers on a short trip to the Windward Parkway side of Alpharetta. Free parking is listed, and guests describe the setting as quiet and close to major roads and restaurants. Couples and small families on a budget are the natural fit, since family rooms appear on the facility list.
Travellers with pets may also find it useful, as pets appear in the property tags. The policy and any fee are not confirmed here, so ask the hotel before you book.
Skip it if you plan to explore on foot or if you want the best guest score in town. At 8.4 it is the lowest rated of our three picks, and the gap to the Best Value choice costs very little money.
Location and getting around
The address is 5595 Windward Parkway. The location score is 8.9 out of 10, which matches what guests say about easy road access.
The only nearby landmark in our data is North Point Community Church, about 3.2 km away. That is roughly 40 minutes on foot as a straight-line estimate, so it is far for walking and you will want a car, taxi or public transport. Walking times and distances have not been verified on the ground.
What guests say
The score stands at 8.4 out of 10 from 253 guest reviews. Two themes come up most often in praise. First, the location feels quiet yet convenient for roads and places to eat. Second, rooms are described as tidy and fresh-smelling, with daily upkeep.
The main complaint is about money. Rates are seen as reasonable, but some guests reported unexpected extra charges. Ask what is included in the final total, including any deposit, before you confirm.
Price and what you get compared with our other picks
The reference price was €86.77 per night, seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults. It is not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates. In that sample it sat about 40% below the median of €144.15 per night.
Our Best Value pick, Holiday Inn Express Alpharetta - Roswell by IHG, came in at €88.18 with a higher score of 8.7. That is only €1.41 more per night. Our Luxury pick, EVEN Hotel Alpharetta - Avalon Area by IHG, scored 8.8 with 4 stars and cost €158.87.
For your money you get a 3-star hotel with a gym, a pool, a restaurant, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a buffet breakfast listed. Whether breakfast is included in your rate is not confirmed.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 10 eligible properties in Alpharetta. This one had the lowest eligible reference price after the upscale choice was set aside, which earned it the Budget slot. Its review score placed it joint 7th of the 10, so the selection is about price first, not about being the best rated.
Before you book
Check the total price with taxes and any extra fees, given the complaints about surprise charges. Confirm whether breakfast is in your rate, the pet policy, and pool and restaurant opening times for your dates.
Room size, noise levels, renovation condition and cancellation terms have not been assessed, so read the room description and the cancellation policy carefully.
