ibis Hyeres Centre is our Budget pick for Hyères. It is a 3-star hotel with an outdoor pool, a garden, a terrace, family rooms, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The listing also tags it as pet-friendly.
It suits travellers who want a simple, predictable room, a good breakfast and a short walk into town. Families get the option of family rooms and a pool.
Skip it if you judge a hotel on its facilities and finish. Some guests find the facilities basic for the price. It also has the lowest guest score among the eligible hotels we compared in Hyères.
Location and getting around
The address is 770 avenue Jean Moulin, listed in the Hyères City Centre area. The location score is 8.3 out of 10.
Guests say it is a 10 to 15-minute walk to the city centre and old town. Our data does not include distances to specific sights, beaches or the station, so check a map for the places you plan to visit.
If you want to reach places beyond the centre, plan on public transport, a taxi or a car. Parking is not confirmed in our data.
What guests say
Guests rate it 8.0 out of 10 from 920 reviews, a large sample. Even so, it placed joint 4th of 4 eligible properties in our sample, so it is last on score among the hotels we compared.
Breakfast is the clear highlight. Guests describe a varied buffet with fresh products, loose-leaf tea and local options. They also like the walkable distance to the centre and old town.
Value is where opinions split. Some find the rates reasonable, while others feel the basic facilities are overpriced.
Price and how it compares with our other Hyères picks
Reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults came to about €85.83 a night. The sample median was €119.94, so this hotel sat about 28% below. These are not live quotes, so check today's price for your dates.
LILOU, our 4-star Best Value pick, scored 8.9 at about €122.66 a night. Le Hameau Des Pesquiers Ecolodge & Spa, Curio Collection By Hilton, our 5-star Luxury pick, scored 8.7 at about €235.07.
The ibis saves you about €37 a night against LILOU, but LILOU scores 0.9 higher. If comfort matters, that gap is worth weighing. The Luxury pick costs nearly three times as much as the ibis.
Breakfast is listed as continental and buffet, with gluten-free options. Whether it is included in your rate is not confirmed.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 4 eligible hotels in Hyères, a small sample. The ibis had the lowest eligible reference price once the upscale slot was filled. It earned its place on price and breakfast, not on score.
