Issam Hotel & Spa Sheki is worth booking if you want the cheapest of our three Sheki picks and still like the idea of a spa, pool and gym on site. Skip it if breakfast matters a lot to you, as some guests find the choice limited.

This is our Budget pick in Sheki. It suits couples and families on a tight budget, and drivers, since free parking and family rooms are listed. At this price, the facility list is long: spa, pool, gym, restaurant, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
One detail stands out. The hotel carries a 1-star rating, which is unusual for a place listing a spa and pool. Treat the star rating and the facility list as two things to verify, and look at recent photos before you book.
If you want the strongest guest scores in town, the other two picks rate higher.
Location and getting around
The listed address is Adsız yol BINA. Imam Ali Mosque is about 1.6 km away, around 20 minutes on foot, and the Palace of Shaki Khans is 1.9 km, about 24 minutes. Both times are straight-line estimates.
The Church of Kish is 5.2 km away, about 65 minutes on foot. That is far, so plan on public transport or a taxi for that trip.
Guests rate the location 8.7 out of 10 and describe it as central, within walking distance of the historic town centre and shops.
What guests say
The score is 8.5 out of 10 from 150 reviews. Among the 5 eligible hotels we compared, that placed it third on score.
The staff get the warmest comments. Guests describe them as friendly, professional and helpful, and mention a warm welcome.
Breakfast is the weak spot. Some call it tasty and varied, while others report limited choice or poor flavour. The only breakfast type listed is halal.
Price, and how it compares with our other two picks
The reference price was €46.12 a night, about €92 for two nights. That is a reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults in one room. It is not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
The rate was 33% below the sample median of €69.18. Macara Sheki City Hotel, our Best Value pick, was €69.18 a night with 9.2. Marxal Resort & Spa, our Luxury pick, was €92.24 with 9.6.
You save about €23 a night against Macara and €46 against Marxal. The trade-off is a lower guest score and a more uneven breakfast.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 5 eligible hotels in Sheki. After setting aside the upscale choice, this one had the lowest reference price, which makes it our Budget pick. A score of 8.5 from 150 reviews showed it was not cheap for bad reasons.
Before you book
Room size, noise, renovation condition, breakfast inclusion and cancellation terms have not been assessed. Check each one on the booking page.
Confirm that the spa, pool and gym are open on your dates and whether they cost extra. Ask whether breakfast is in your rate. Because the address is not a named street, save the map pin before you travel.
