The full listed name is Jarzez Inn Hotel Azaiba فندق جرزيز إن العذيبة. It is a 3-star hotel that suits budget travellers, families and drivers. The property lists family rooms and free parking, plus a pool, gym, spa and restaurant, which is a lot for the price.
Skip it if you want a detailed picture before you book. Our data has no summary of what guests like or dislike here, so the 8.8 score is the main signal. With 267 reviews, it is also a smaller sample than the other two hotels we picked in Muscat. If a 4-star or 5-star standard matters to you, our other two picks fit better.
Location and getting around
The address on record is simply Azaiba, a district of Muscat. A full street address is not confirmed, so check the exact pin on the booking page before you plan your trips. The location score is 8.7 out of 10.
The Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque is about 1.1 km away, roughly 14 minutes on foot. That is a straight-line estimate, and the real route may be longer. Distances to other sights, beaches or the airport are not confirmed. Free parking makes a rental car a practical option, and taxis are the other way to cover longer distances.
What guests say
The guest score is 8.8 out of 10 from 267 reviews, a joint eighth place among 18 eligible properties in our sample. That is a good score, and with a few hundred reviews behind it, more than a lucky streak.
What our data does not include is a breakdown of praise and complaints. We cannot tell you whether guests rate the rooms, staff, breakfast or noise well or badly. Read a range of recent reviews yourself and look for comments on cleanliness, room size and noise, which have not been assessed.
Price and what you get against our other Muscat picks
The reference price was €47.59 per night, about €95 for two nights. These are reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 (10 to 12 Nov) for 2 adults in one room, not live quotes. Check today's price for your dates.
That was 64% below the sample median of €132.45. The property lists a gym, spa, pool, restaurant, free parking, family rooms, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Breakfast details are not confirmed.
Our Best Value pick, Golden Tulip Muscat The Village, is a 4-star at €70.86 a night with a score of 9.3. Our Luxury pick, Kempinski Hotel Muscat, is a 5-star at €460.36 a night with a score of 9.2. Jarzez Inn has the lowest score of the three, but it is the cheapest by a clear margin.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 18 eligible hotels in Muscat. Jarzez Inn was selected as our Budget choice because its €47.59 rate was the lowest eligible reference price after reserving the upscale slot, and its score of 8.8 is well above what many budget hotels manage. The facilities list adds to the case.
Before you book
Confirm the exact location on a map, since the address only gives the district. Check whether breakfast is included. Ask whether the pool, spa and gym are open on your dates and whether any of them cost extra. Review the cancellation terms, which have not been assessed, and read recent guest reviews to fill the gaps in our data.
