This is our Best Value choice in Kitzbühel. It suits couples and families who want a spa, a quiet base and the town centre on foot. Family rooms are listed, and the hotel is tagged as pet friendly.
Skip it if you are watching costs closely. At the reference price it was the most expensive of our three picks, which is unusual for a Best Value slot. Guests who put a smooth arrival first should also note some mixed comments about check-in.
Location and getting around
The address is Schwarzseestraße 8-10. The location score is 9.5 out of 10. Guests describe the setting as central yet quiet, within walking distance of the town centre.
Kapsburg is the only nearby sight in our data. It is about 1.3 km away, roughly 16 minutes on foot.
Walking times are straight-line estimates. Real routes can take longer.
What guests say
The score is 9.2 out of 10 from 498 reviews. That put it first of the 3 eligible hotels in our sample.
Staff are the main compliment: guests describe a friendly, professional and attentive team and a warm welcome. The quiet location close to the centre is the second.
There is one recurring note of caution. The concierge team gets credit for being helpful, but some guests found the check-in service uninterested or unfriendly.
Price and what you get compared with our other Kitzbühel picks
The reference price was €341.65 per night, about €683.30 for two nights. This is a reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults, not a live quote. Check today's price for your dates.
The sample median was €264.15, so this hotel sits well above it. Our Luxury pick, Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel - Member of Hommage Luxury Hotels Collection, is 5-star, scored 8.8 and cost €264.15. Our Budget pick, HENRI Hotel Kitzbühel, is 4-star, scored 8.8 and cost €176.60.
So why pay more here? The Kitzhof has the highest guest score of the three. The property lists a spa, a gym, a pool, a restaurant, a garden and a terrace, plus a buffet breakfast with vegetarian and vegan options. Whether breakfast is included is not confirmed. If score matters less to you than price, the other two are serious alternatives.

We compared 3 eligible hotels in Kitzbühel. The Best Value slot weighs guest score, number of reviews and reference price, and it is not necessarily the cheapest hotel. The Kitzhof won on score, at 9.2 from 498 reviews, the best result in this small sample.
