What guests say
The score is 9.2 out of 10 from 1,663 reviews, joint first of 8 eligible hotels in the sample.
Staff get the most praise: friendly, professional, attentive and warm. The central setting near the metro and shops, with lake and mountain views, comes up as well.
Breakfast is the mixed point. Guests describe a varied, high-quality buffet with views, but say service is sometimes slow or disorganised. If you have an early meeting or train, allow extra time.
