Yes, book it if you want a clean, central and cheap base in Warsaw and can accept fewer extras. Skip it if service matters a lot to you, as some guests report rude or hard-to-reach staff.

Level Rooms is our Budget pick in Warsaw. It suits travellers who will spend most of the day out and want a tidy room near the central train station without paying hotel rates. Families may want a look too, since family rooms are listed.
The property has no star rating in our data, so treat it as a simple rooms-style stay rather than a full-service hotel. The listed facilities are short: family rooms and free Wi-Fi. If you want a gym, spa or restaurant on site, this is the wrong choice.
Light sleepers and people who expect a staffed reception at all hours should read recent reviews first. Staff availability is one of the recurring complaints.
Location and getting around
The address is Marszałkowska 87/42 in Sródmiescie, and the location score is 9.3/10. The Palace of Culture and Science is 0.6 km away, about 8 minutes on foot. The National Museum in Warsaw is 1 km, around 13 minutes. The Royal Castle is 2.2 km, about 28 minutes, which is a long but doable walk.
Guests mention being close to the central train station, public transport, shops and restaurants. Walking times are straight-line estimates, so allow extra time on real streets.
What guests say
The score is 8.1/10 from 1,854 reviews. That is a large sample and a respectable result, but it placed the property 33rd of 37 eligible places in our sample by review score. In short, guests are mostly satisfied, and many other places in Warsaw score higher.
On the plus side, guests praise the location and room cleanliness, describing rooms as tidy and well maintained with fresh linen. On the minus side, staff get mixed comments: many call the team friendly and helpful, but some guests report rude interactions and poor availability.
Price and how it compares with our other two picks
The reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 (10 to 12 Nov, 2 adults, one room) was about €69 per night, roughly €138 in total. The sample median in Warsaw was about €115 per night. These are not live quotes, so check today's price for your dates.
For about €139 per night, our Best Value pick, PURO Warszawa Centrum, scored 9.4 with 4 stars. Our Luxury pick, InterContinental Warszawa by IHG, scored 9.1 with 5 stars at about €147 per night. Both cost roughly double, and both scored clearly higher. The honest question is whether saving around €70 a night is worth giving up those extras and the stronger ratings. For a short, budget-first trip, it often is.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 39 hotels in Warsaw. Level Rooms took the Budget slot because it had the lowest eligible reference price once the upscale choice was set aside, while keeping a score above 8 from a large number of reviews. It is a price pick first, backed by a good location and clean rooms.
Before you book
Check the breakfast details: the property describes a continental breakfast with a to-go option, but whether it is included in your rate is not confirmed. Ask how check-in works and when staff are available, given the complaints about availability. Room size, noise and cancellation terms have not been assessed, so read the conditions and recent reviews before paying.
