This is our Luxury pick for Florianópolis. Its full name is LK Design Hotel Florianópolis - Com vista para o Mar na Beira-Mar Norte. It suits couples and city-break travellers who want polished service, a spa and a strong breakfast. Family rooms are listed, and the tags show pets are accepted, though rules and fees for animals are not confirmed.
Skip it if you plan to spend every day at Praia dos Ingleses or Mozambique Beach. Both are a long way from this downtown address. Budget-minded travellers should also know that guests find room rates, parking and dining expensive.
Location and getting around
The address is Rua Bocaiuva, 1755, in downtown Florianópolis. Guests rate the location 9.7 out of 10. The hotel name refers to a sea view on Beira-Mar Norte, and the property lists itself as beachfront, but we have not verified which rooms face the water.
The nearby sights in our data are both beaches, and both are far. Mozambique Beach is 17.6 km away, about 220 minutes on foot as a straight line. Praia dos Ingleses is 23.1 km away, about 289 minutes. You will need public transport, a taxi or a car to reach them.
