Manor House Country Hotel is worth booking if you want a highly rated 4-star country stay with a spa, pool and free parking, and you have a car. Skip it if you want to explore Enniskillen on foot, because the town's sights are far from Killadeas.

This hotel suits couples and families who want to stay put and use the facilities. The list covers a gym, spa, pool, restaurant, garden, terrace and family rooms. Free parking makes it easy for drivers.
Skip it if you do not have a car or a budget for taxis. Every sight on our list is more than an hour away on foot. It is also not the cheapest choice; our Budget pick cost about half as much.
Location and getting around
The hotel is in Killadeas, outside Enniskillen town. Guests still give the location 9.4 out of 10, which suggests they value the setting.
Our walking times are straight-line estimates. Ferney Park is about 5.4 km away, roughly 68 minutes on foot. St Macartin's Cathedral, Enniskillen, is about 9.5 km, around 119 minutes. Castle Coole is about 11 km, around 138 minutes. All three are far, so you will need a car, a taxi or public transport.
Free parking is listed among the facilities. Confirm availability for your dates.
What guests say
The score is 9.1 out of 10 from 1,580 reviews, joint first of the 4 hotels we compared.
Staff are described as friendly, helpful and professional, with a warm welcome. Breakfast is another favourite: guests mention good food, a wide selection and dishes often served straight to the table. The listing names continental, full English or Irish, vegetarian, gluten-free and buffet options.
The Cellar Bar gets a mixed review. Guests like the cosy feel and the food, but say service can be slow and the room feels cold.
Price and how it compares with our other picks
The reference price was €237.96 per night, about €476 for two nights. The sample median was €190.38, so it sat above typical prices. These are reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults, not live quotes, so check today's price for your dates.
Our Budget pick, Belmore Court & Motel, scored 9.0 with 4 stars at €128.44 a night. Our Luxury pick, Lough Erne Resort, scored 8.7 with 5 stars at €275.11.
So Manor House scored higher than the 5-star resort for about €37 less a night. Belmore Court nearly matches its score for about €110 less a night, but our data does not list a spa or pool there, so compare facilities if those matter.
