Who it suits and who should skip it

This hotel suits travellers who want a central, full-service stay in Tirana: business visitors, couples on a city break and families, since the property lists family rooms. A spa, a gym and a restaurant are also listed.

Skip it if you judge hotels mainly on price. At the reference dates it cost far more than the typical Tirana hotel, and some guests feel the rates are high for the service.

Location and getting around

The address is Rruga 28 Nentori, 1001 Tirana, Albania. Guests rate the location 9.7 out of 10, and it is easy to see why from the distances.

Et'hem Bey Mosque is about 0.2 km away, around 3 minutes on foot. Skanderbeg Square and Namazgah Mosque are each about 0.3 km, roughly 4 minutes. Guests add that shops and restaurants are within walking distance. These times are straight-line estimates, but at this range the real walk should be short.

What guests say

The score is 9.2 out of 10 from 2,149 reviews, a very large base for a single hotel. Location leads the praise, with guests highlighting the central setting near Skanderbeg Square. Staff are described as professional and friendly, offering helpful service.

Value is the point of debate. Some guests feel the quality justifies the cost, while others find the rates high for what they receive.

Price and how it compares with our other picks

Reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults were €202 per night, about €404 for the stay. These are not live quotes. Check today's price for your own dates.

That was 162% above the Tirana sample median of €77 per night. Castle Boutique Hotel, our Best Value pick (9.5/10, no official star rating in our data), showed €81.49. Central Park Rooms, our Budget pick (8.3/10, also without a star rating in our data), showed €40. You pay a large premium here for the 5-star rating, the facilities and the location.

Breakfast details are not confirmed in our data, nor is whether it is included. Check this on the booking page.

Why it made our top 3

We compared 38 hotels in Tirana. For the Luxury slot, Maritim Hotel Plaza Tirana was the 5-star option with the strongest review confidence among the eligible upscale choices, combining a 9.2 score with 2,149 reviews.

It does not have the top guest score in the city, and our Best Value pick beats it on that measure.

Before you book

Confirm whether breakfast is offered and included in your rate, since our data does not say. Check spa and gym opening times and any fees. Ask about cancellation terms. Room size, noise and renovation condition have not been assessed. With a location this central, consider asking for a quieter room if street noise matters to you.
