Mistral2 Hotel
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Mistral2 Hotel is worth booking if you want a pool, free parking and family rooms close to Oristano's centre for only a few euros more than our Budget pick. Light sleepers who dislike firm mattresses should read recent reviews first.

This is our Best Value pick in Oristano. It has four official stars and a guest score of 8.4 out of 10 from 2,512 reviews, the largest review count of our three picks.
It works well for families and drivers. The listed facilities include a swimming pool, a restaurant, free parking, family rooms, a garden, a terrace, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The tags also mention pets, though the policy needs confirming.
Skip it if a soft bed matters a lot to you. Some guests find the mattresses too hard. It also has the lowest guest score of our three Oristano picks, though the gap is small.
Location and getting around
The address is Via XX Settembre 34. Guests mention a short walk to the city centre and the historic district, plus a supermarket nearby. The location score is 8.9 out of 10.
Oristano Cathedral is about 0.4 km in a straight line, around 5 minutes on foot. Santa Giusta Cathedral is about 3.1 km away, roughly 39 minutes, which is far on foot. Use public transport or a taxi for that trip.
Free parking is listed, which is a real advantage over our Budget pick, where cars rely on street spaces.
What guests say
Location gets steady praise: easy walking to the centre and old district, with a supermarket close by for snacks and supplies.
Breakfast is the other highlight. Guests describe an abundant buffet with a wide range of sweet, savoury and vegan options.
On the minus side, beds are called large and generally comfortable, but some guests find the mattresses too hard.
Price and what you get against our other two picks
The reference price was €83.70 per night, about €167 for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults. These are reference prices seen for those dates, not live quotes. Check today's price for your dates.
That matched the sample median exactly. Our Budget pick, Mariano IV Palace Hotel, cost €80.75 per night with an 8.5 score but no listed pool or free parking. Our Luxury pick, Ros'e Mari Green Home Hotel, cost €145 per night with a 9.4 score, outside the centre.
For about €3 more per night than the Budget pick, you get a pool and free parking. For many travellers that small difference is worth paying.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 3 eligible hotels in Oristano. The Best Value slot balances guest score, number of reviews and price. Mistral2 Hotel has the most reviews in the sample, a median price and a long facility list. It is not the cheapest option, and it ranked third of three on review score.
Before you book
Room size, noise, renovation condition and cancellation terms have not been assessed. Whether breakfast is included in your rate is not confirmed. In November, check whether the pool is open and if any fee applies.
