What guests say
Staff get consistent praise: friendly, helpful and welcoming, with professional service. The location close to the station and the centre is the other main plus.
Breakfast is the sore point. The food is described as tasty, but service can be chaotic and some items run out. If you want a calm start, consider eating elsewhere or going early.
